Opinions Needed by Federal Trade Commission

Here you will be able to comment on your opinion to the federal trade commission on how you feel stores handle their stock vs advertised ads. I know I have on numerous occasions wasted valuable time and money in going to a store seeking out a great advertised sale only to find they are out of stock. This has happened to me on the first day of the sale no less. So please go comment so we can get our sales!
